Details are beginning to emerge that the Boston Marathon suspects self-identified as Muslim. Jalon Fowler was on the 21st mile of her third Boston Marathon when the explosions went off last week. “I started to pray that it wasn’t a lunatic who hijacked my religion, my great religion, and did these evil acts,” said Fowler, who is Muslim. “Islam is a religion of peace. It does not promote violence, especially against innocent people.”
