Here is the latest image of the construction. The 2nd museum floor is nearing completion, they have now begun the placement of the pillars in the temple, in order to begin the 3rd museum floor construction.

Mayapur`s new Temple of Vedic Planetarium (ToVP) is progressing each day, and the building is rising from the ground into reality. Many ISKCON devotees have been expressing their desire to do a program in the ToVP temple room.

After consultation with Jananivas Das, this special opportunity is proposed to be none other than the disappearance day of Srila Prabhupada, which falls on Sunday October, 30th 2011.

Although under construction, the building is in such a shape that the ToVP team did not see any obstacles to finally invite Srila Prabhupada and all the Mayapur Community to visit the temple room floor. It is scheduled to bring Srila Prabhupada to the ToVP site, right after the morning Guru Puja, with an ecstatic kirtan, which will then proceed to the Samadhi.

Hello. We are some students

Hello.
We are some students in Uppsala University that have some questions. We would like to know about the temple of the vedic planetarium. First we would like to know when the construction of the temple started. When do you think it will be finnished? What do the population in Mayapur think about the temple and how many are living there, how big is the population? What do you think about the construction, positive and negative aspects? We hope you can give us this information as soon as possible, thank you for your time.

Best regards/
Helena, Lina and Beatrice
